Sustainability

Carbon Neutral since 2023. A fully electric fleet. Low-tox, plant-based products and less single-use waste. Plain language, real evidence.

Our commitments

Four specific things, not a manifesto.

Concrete operational choices, evidenced where possible. We don’t claim to be the greenest trade in London; we claim to be a careful one.

01

Carbon Neutral since 2023

Verified by One Carbon World to the Carbon Neutral International Standard. Renewed annually with measured operational emissions and verified offsetting.

02

Fully electric fleet

Zero tailpipe emissions across every route, London to Kent. Quieter on residential streets, easier on residents, no diesel in the depots.

03

Low-tox, plant-based products

Kind to your home, your family and pets. No harsh fumes, no aggressive residues - genuinely effective products chosen to be gentle on people and surfaces.

04

Less single-use waste

Reusable microfibre cloths and refillable bottles over single-use plastic, with concentrates that cut packaging and transport. Replaced only when genuinely worn out.

How it works in practice

The choices behind the work.

In the home, we work cordless. Battery tools throughout means no two-stroke engines, no generators and no fumes in the room we're working in - and considerably less noise for you and your neighbours.

We work from reusable microfibre cloths and refillable bottles rather than single-use plastic, with concentrated products that cut packaging and the miles spent shipping water around.

Only what's needed, only where it's needed - no blanket spraying, no overdosing. The right product for each surface, used sparingly, so nothing harsh is left behind in your home.

And on the road, every van in the fleet is electric. Charged overnight at the depot, routed by postcode to minimise empty miles, quiet on the streets we work.

One Carbon World - Carbon Neutral International Standard
Verified by

One Carbon World - Carbon Neutral International Standard.

The standard requires measured operational emissions across Scopes 1 and 2, verified offsetting through accredited projects, and annual renewal. It isn’t a sticker - it’s an annual exercise in accounting honestly for the work and acting on what we find.

Alongside it: the Living Wage Foundation for fair pay across the team, DBS-checking and referencing for every handyman, and the comprehensive public-liability and accidental-damage cover that any properly run service should hold.
