A price before we start
You get a figure for the work, agreed up front. No hourly meter running, no call-out fee, and no invoice that arrives bigger than the conversation did.
A family-run handyman service. Vetted, uniformed tradesmen, fixed prices agreed before we start, and an electric van outside your house rather than a diesel one.
Willow Alexander began on a small handful of streets in London with one quiet idea: that a tradesman who turns up when he says, prices the job honestly and clears up after himself shouldn't be difficult to find. It still is, which is most of why we exist.
Years on, we've grown across London and into Kent, and the principles have not moved. We still read every enquiry that comes through the office personally, and we still price the job rather than run a meter. If a job turns out bigger than the photos suggested, we stop and tell you.
We work in period townhouses and family homes, managed blocks, lettings and small commercial premises - the same vetted tradesmen and the same standards, whatever the postcode says.
The brief is the same whether we’re on Cheyne Walk or off Bromley High Street: turn up when we said, do it properly, and leave the place better than we found it.
You get a figure for the work, agreed up front. No hourly meter running, no call-out fee, and no invoice that arrives bigger than the conversation did.
